PRICING POLICY

We have done our best to display taxes, transaction fees and shipping prices accurately. However, MEDOSO will not be responsible for any change in transaction fees and shipping or custom charges that may occur for domestic or international shipping. MEDOSO reserves the right to adjust any prices at any time without prior notice.

TAXES

Prices mentioned by the products are inclusive taxes.

PAYMENT

DOMESTIC

We accept Credit/Debit card transactions or NetBanking which are accepted via PayU 

INTERNATIONAL

All international payments are accepted via PayPal. Direct Bank transfers are also acceptable. It is up to the customer to bear the transaction charges.

SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping prices are calculated at the checkout. 

DOMESTIC

Shipping within India is calculated at the checkout. 

All orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days from the date of purchase and can take up to 5 working days for domestic delivery and 10 working days for international delivery. Upon dispatch, the customer will be notified and shall receive the tracking details of the package. For international order KICHU will not be held responsible for any additional charges to be paid at customs. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, you must email us at  medosojewellery@gmail.com within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Your payment shall be refunded within 7 working days.

EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS

For exchange and refunds you can email us at medosojewellery@gmail.com or call on +918591116708 (Mon – Fri between 11:00 am - 06:00 pm). All items must be returned to us with the tags and the packaging intact.

Once an item is purchased, we can accept the status of a refund up to 5 working days from the date of delivery. The item should be delivered to our office and upon inspection we will update the status of an exchange or refund. 

Exchanges are valid up to 10 working days from the date of purchase.

DAMAGED GOODS

If a defected or damaged item has been received, we urge the customer to contact us within 48 hours from the time of delivery and we shall arrange for a refund or an exchange of goods.
